Personal coaching is a fairly new profession. With any new profession it is really important to set standards.
At the start of 2001 we decided that providing a coach training program that was accredited was critical to the success of the profession.
When you complete your training at ICA you receive a certificate from ICA along with the recognition that you have completed a course that was accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
