Learn the Business of Blogging

WordPress logoIf you’re considering blogging as the business platform to finance your untethered expat life, there’s an online course opening up that will help you get your blogging business up to speed faster and better.

Blog Masters Club

Blog Masters Club is a comprehensive training program designed for aspiring professional bloggers. The core training consists of 92 videos, divided up into 16 modules. Each module comes with an action guide, transcript, and downloads.

The program was created by David Risley, a successful blogger earning six figures annually. He’s a “call ’em as he sees ’em,” straight shooting type of guy. He doesn’t pull any punches about the business of blogging and where your earnings will come from.

Everyone learns differently. If you do well with plain speaking, a fairly rigid structure and absolutely zero sugar coating, he’s your guy. (If you prefer less structure and/or more sensitivity, you should consider some other options, which we’ll be talking about soon.)

I joined Blog Masters Club last January. While I felt pretty knowledgeable about the technical aspects of blogging, David taught me how to create an actual business, with a plan.

Step by step, the modules walked me through necessary strategic planning, evaluating the market and the basics of WordPress (the premier blogging platform). Blog content, social media, building traffic and SEO modules followed. There were eight modules, divided into several parts each, before we even started to talk about money!

It’s all self-paced, so you can whiz along as quickly (or as slowly) as your schedule allows.

Along with the program, membership includes access to Club forums where you can interact with other members and with David himself. It’s a supportive place to ask questions, share successes and help others. For me, the forums were just as important as the modules.

Also included are periodic live online events.

I’ve found David to be knowledgeable and helpful, and I consider him a friend. I’ve made some good friends among the other club members as well.

One of the big benefits of the club is being able to form strategic relationships with other bloggers to help each other develop.

I’m a Member, and I Heartily Recommend It

I highly recommend Blog Masters Club for learning about the blogging business. It’ll shorten your learning curve and help you become more profitable, sooner.

You owe it to yourself to check it out. Even if you don’t join, you’ll gain access to lots of top-notch free information that will help you untether yourself as an expat. Click here to get the first freebie.

It’s called The Six-Figure Blogger Blueprint, and it’s chock full of actionable information about the business of blogging.

I’ll hope to see you in the Club forums soon.
